Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards that apply when you use the DPN Media Works website, or any hosting, application or managed service we provide. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use our website or services to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, in Dominica or in any other jurisdiction that applies to you.
• Infringe intellectual-property rights, or upload material you do not have the right to use.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Harass, defame, threaten, or harm others, or publish unlawful, obscene or hateful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services (for example through denial-of-service activity or excessive resource use).
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the services in a fraudulent or deceptive way.

2. Content on hosted services

If we host or manage a site or application for you, you are responsible for the content and data on it and for ensuring it complies with the law and this AUP. We may act if hosted content is unlawful, breaches this policy, or exposes us or others to risk.

3. Security & responsible conduct

Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected security incident or unauthorised access. Do not circumvent security features or usage limits.

4. Monitoring & enforcement

We do not routinely monitor content, but we may investigate suspected breaches and cooperate with law-enforcement or regulators where required. Breach of this AUP may lead to suspension or termination of services, removal of offending content, and other remedies available to us. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you first, except where immediate action is needed to prevent harm or comply with the law.
