Moving from Plus to Pro

To move a Branded App from Plus to Pro, open a ticket about it from Tickets and we arrange the move.

  • You pay the difference in setup fees.
  • The higher monthly support applies from your next billing date.
  • Your app is built again with Pro's features.

Moving down

We do not offer downgrades. Moving from Pro to Plus means rebuilding and resubmitting your app. If you would rather have Plus, cancel Pro and order Plus as a new setup. Setup fees already paid are not refunded.
