What monthly support covers

A Branded App has a one time setup fee, then monthly support. Monthly support covers:

  • Discourse compatibility updates, as Discourse changes.
  • New builds of your app as Sysaru improves.
  • Push notifications for your members, under a fair use quota.
  • Sysaru Mail: contact and report messages from your app, delivered to your inbox.

No plan includes custom requests or the app's source code.
