Store approval and your part

You publish your Branded App under your own developer accounts, so you are its publisher.

• Apple and Google decide whether to approve, update or remove an app. We cannot promise their decisions.
• You keep your store listings and developer accounts, and pay their fees.
• You keep your app's signing keys and push credentials safe.
• You provide your own privacy policy and complete the store's privacy labels for your app.
• You look after your community's content and moderation, and the laws that apply where you and your members are.

A store rejecting your app is not by itself grounds for a refund of setup work already done. See the Sysaru Disclaimer.
