Joining a team in the app

Each staff member joins your team once on every device they use.

1. In Sysaru, open the forum the seat is for.
2. Open Team Access and type the TeamID you sent them.
3. Type the email you registered for them, and their access code.
4. Press Join Team.

The moderation tools appear on that forum. They work only on the forum the TeamID belongs to.

Three devices

A seat works on up to 3 devices. A fourth device is refused until you clear their devices from Manage seats.

How often the app checks

The app checks each seat at most once every 24 hours, when it opens or comes back to the screen. A change you make, such as removing someone, takes effect at that check. Restarting the app does not make it faster, and a device that stays offline keeps its access until its next check.
