When the licence ends

A Team Access licence runs for as long as its monthly subscription. If the renewal is not paid, the licence lapses with it.

• Your staff lose the moderation tools in the app within a day, at its next check.
• Manage seats asks you to renew before you can change seats.

Pay the renewal invoice, or renew from the licence's page in Licences. The same TeamID and codes work again, so nobody needs to join again.
