It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.
2. General principles
You may use our websites, products and services for lawful purposes only and in line with your license, subscription or agreement. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and for any content or domains you connect to our products or that we host or manage for you.
3. Prohibited activities
You must not use our websites, products, services or infrastructure to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, in Dominica or in any other jurisdiction that applies to you.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others, or upload material you do not have the right to use.
- Distribute malware, viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the security or integrity of any system or network.
- Send spam, phishing or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Harass, defame, threaten or harm others, or publish unlawful, obscene or hateful content.
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, other customers' accounts, or any data you are not entitled to.

- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or act in a fraudulent or deceptive way.
4. License and product misuse
You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share license keys, download files or account access except where your license expressly permits it.
- Use a domain-limited or seat-limited license beyond the domains, forums, activations or seats you purchased, or attempt to circumvent seat limits or activation controls.
- Remove, disable or circumvent licensing, attribution or copyright notices except where the product explicitly allows it upon valid activation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from our software except as permitted by the applicable license or by law.
5. Fair use of infrastructure
Our APIs and services, including license validation services, are subject to reasonable use. You must not place an excessive or abusive load on our infrastructure, exceed published rate limits, or use automated means to overload, disrupt or degrade the service for others.
6. Hosted and managed services
If we host or manage a site, application or platform for you, you are responsible for its content and data and for ensuring both comply with the law and this AUP. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any suspected security incident.
7. Customer content and domains
If you connect a domain or provide content in connection with a product or service, you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to do so and that the content complies with this AUP and applicable law.
8. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP, we may, with or without notice depending on the severity, warn you, suspend or throttle access, deactivate affected licenses or subscriptions, remove offending content, or terminate your account. Where practical we will give you an opportunity to remedy the issue, but we may act immediately to protect our systems, other customers or third parties.
