About this product
The Sysaru app is free for everyone who uses it. Team Access adds the one thing it leaves out: your forum's staff moderation tools, in the app.
What your staff can do
- Moderation dashboard. Site stats, users, and a queue to review new and flagged posts.
- Topic moderation. Pin, close, archive, unlist, and convert a topic to a personal message.
- Moderate panel. Merge, move, change owner, timers, slow mode and history.
- Moderator edits. Edit category details, chat details and more.
How seats work
Choose 3, 5 or 10 seats at checkout, billed monthly. Each seat is one staff member on up to 3 devices. They join from the Team Access screen in the app with your Team ID, their email and their own access code.
You manage seats from your account: reissue a code, clear someone's devices or remove them. The change reaches the app within 24 hours.
One licence covers one forum. Need more than 10 seats? A Branded App plan includes Team Access for your whole staff.
Your forum needs to be a Discourse where you can install the free Sysaru App plugin. Sysaru is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discourse.
