Booking shows every free time in your own time zone, worked out from your device.
A different zone
If you are booking for somewhere else, change the Time zone beside the times. They change to match before you choose one.
Your invitation carries the time in a form your calendar understands, so it shows at the right hour wherever you open it, even when the clocks change.
