A survey with a code or a file

A code

Some surveys are only for the people we invited. They ask for a code first, which comes in our email. Type it exactly as it is written. If it says the code is not right, check the email again, or reply to it and we will send another.

A file

A question may ask you to send a file, such as a picture or a document. Choose the file and wait until it shows as sent before you go on. The question says which kinds of file it takes and how large they can be.
