Changing your email address

You sign in with your email address, and we send everything there. Change it from your dashboard.
- Open Account in your dashboard.
- Under Sign-in and security, press Change email.
- Type the new address and your password, then press Send code.
- Type the code we send to the new address.
Nothing changes until the code is in. We also send a notice to your old address, so you would know if it was not you.
From then on, sign in with the new address. Invoices, receipts and replies go there too.
Lost access to your old email? Open a ticket, or use the contact page if you cannot sign in.
