Choosing your emails

Open Account in your dashboard. Its Notifications card lists every email we send you, and a change saves as you make it.

• Invoices and receipts are always sent. You need them to pay and to keep records.
• Renewal reminders come 30, 7 and 1 day before a licence expires.
• Ticket replies tell you when support answers.
• News from us holds the lists you can join or leave, such as News and offers.

From an email

Every email we send ends with a link to Your emails, the same choices on a page of their own, with no need to sign in. A newsletter also has a link to leave its list in one click.
