Changing your plan

1. Open Subscriptions and choose the subscription.
2. Under Change plan, choose the plan you want. Nothing is charged yet.
3. Read what it costs: the new price, when it starts and your next bill.
4. Press Move to the new plan, or Keep current plan.

Moving up

Nothing is charged today. The new price applies from your next renewal.

Moving down

Nothing is charged today, and you keep what you have until your next renewal. The unused time on your current plan comes back as credit, which comes off that renewal.

Some products offer only moves up, such as a Branded App. Their page shows only the plans you can choose.
