Paying an invoice

Each invoice we send you has a link to pay it, and every invoice is in your dashboard. It is marked paid the moment the payment goes through.

• Receipt by email

Pay online

1. Open Billing in your dashboard and choose the invoice. Ones still to pay show as Due or Overdue.
2. Press Pay the balance.
3. Pay by card or PayPal.

We email your receipt as soon as the payment goes through.

Paying by bank transfer

Where an invoice can be paid by transfer, it shows the details beside the balance. Use the invoice number as the reference so we can match your payment.

If something goes wrong
