When a contract is replaced or withdrawn

- Replaced: we sent a new version of the contract. The new version is the one to read and sign. A signed contract stays in force until its new version is signed.
- Withdrawn: we took the contract back, for example because its order was cancelled. It can no longer be signed.
Every version stays in Contracts, so you can read what changed between them.
