Following a project

When you buy a service that we build for you, it becomes a project in your dashboard. Open Projects to see every one.

The list

Each project shows its status, how far through it is, the next task and its due date. A project past its due date says how many days late it is.

A project's page

Choose a project to open it.

• Progress: how many of its tasks are done, as a percentage.
• Phases and tasks: what is underway, what comes next and what is finished.
• Estimated finish: the date we expect to complete the work.
• What you ordered: the service and its options, as you bought them.
• Invoices and tickets linked to the project.

Tasks appear as we plan the work. A new project may show none until we schedule them.

To add something to the work, send it in the project's messages, and we will add it to the plan or quote it.
