What a service covers

Open Services to see the work you have bought from us. Choose one to see what it covers.

• What this covers: the scope of the work, as agreed when you bought it.
• Included: what comes with it, such as rounds of changes.
• Delivery: how long the work takes once it starts.
• Your responsibilities: what the work depends on from you, such as content or access. Where those are delayed, delivery moves with them.

These terms are kept as they were when you bought the service. If we change the service later, what you agreed stays the same.
