Account credit

Credit is an amount we add to your account, for example to make up for a problem. It is a discount on what you buy from us. It is never paid out, and it cannot be bought or topped up.

How it is used

• At renewal, it comes off the invoice automatically.
• At checkout, it comes off your order. If it covers the whole order, press Complete with credit.

See your credit

Your balance is on your dashboard and on the Credit tab in Billing, where Full history lists every amount added and used.
