Cancelling a subscription

You can stop a subscription from renewing at any time, from your dashboard.

1. Open Subscriptions and choose the subscription.
2. Press Cancel renewal.
3. Tell us why if you like, then confirm.

It keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Nothing more is charged. The page says the date it ends.

Keeping it after all

Until that date, press Keep it running on the same page and it renews as before.
