Paying an invoice

Each invoice we send you has a link to pay it. You can also find every invoice in your dashboard.
Pay online
- Open Billing in your dashboard and choose the invoice. Ones still to pay show as Due or Overdue.
- Press Pay the balance.
- Pay by card or PayPal.
The invoice is marked paid as soon as the payment goes through, and we email your receipt.
Paying by bank transfer
Where an invoice can be paid by transfer, it shows the details beside the balance. Use the invoice number as the reference so we can match your payment.
A payment did not go through? Try again, or open a ticket and name the invoice number.
