Creating your account

An account keeps everything you have with us in one place: your services, invoices, licences, downloads and tickets.

Sign up

1. Go to Sign in and choose Sign up.
2. Type your full name, your email address and a password of at least 8 characters, then press Create account.
3. We email you a six digit code. Type it on the page, or paste the whole code into the first box.

The code works for 15 minutes. Once it is in, your account is ready and your dashboard opens.

No code arrived

• Look in your spam or promotions folder.
• Press Send another on the same page.
• Check the address you typed. Choose Use a different email to start again with the right one.
