Your first order

Everything we sell is ordered the same way, from its page in our store.

Checkout

1. On the product's page, choose its plan and any options, then press Order Now.
2. Your order: check what is in it, and add a promo code if you have one.
3. Account: sign in, or make your account as you go with your email and a code we send you.
4. Review and pay: pay by card or PayPal. Where a product can be paid in parts, choose Pay in full or the parts here.

What happens next

• We email your receipt as soon as the payment goes through.
• What you bought appears in your dashboard: a licence and its key, files under Downloads, or a service we start work on.
• Anything that renews is listed under Subscriptions, with the date it renews.

Something not right? Open a ticket from your dashboard and name your order.
