Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, choose a new one with a code we email you.

1. Go to Sign in and press Forgot your password?
2. Type the email you sign in with and press Email me a code.
3. Type the six digit code from our email, then your new password twice. It needs at least 8 characters.
4. Press Set new password and sign in.

The code works for 15 minutes. If it runs out, press Send another on the same page.

No email arrived

• Look in your spam or promotions folder.
• Check the address. We only send a code to an address that has an account, and the page says the same either way, so nobody can find out who has one.
• You can also skip the password and sign in with a code.
