Your dashboard

Your dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. It shows what needs you now, and links to every part of your account.

What the dashboard shows

• Four figures: your active licences, open tickets, the balance due and your credit.
• Needs your attention: tickets waiting on your reply, bills to pay and licences that need a look.
• Quick actions to browse products, open a ticket, get your downloads or request a quote.
• Your licences, your projects and your recent activity.

The menu on the left

Each link opens one part of your account: Bookings, Projects and Tickets; then Licences, Downloads, Services and Subscriptions for what you have bought; then Billing and Notifications; and Account and Company for your own details.

If someone invited you to their account, you see only the parts your role covers.
