Open Downloads in your dashboard. Every product you bought that has files is listed, ready as soon as your payment clears.

Limits

Each purchase allows a set number of downloads of each file. The page shows how many you have left.
A download link works for a set number of hours from when it is made, shown on the page. Open the page again for a fresh link.

Run out of downloads? Press Ask for more, or open a ticket. Buying the product again also gives you its downloads again.
