When a download link runs out

Each download link is made for you when you open Downloads, and works for a set number of hours, shown on the page. That keeps a link from working for someone it was passed to.

A link stopped working

Open Downloads again and press Download. A fresh link is made each time.

Out of downloads

Each purchase allows a set number of downloads of each file, and the page shows how many are left. When none are left, press Ask for more, or open a ticket. Buying the product again also gives you its downloads again.
