Open Licences in your dashboard to see every licence you own, with its site, its status and when it renews.
A licence's page
- Licence key: Reveal and Copy it, then paste it into your site. Some products need no key and activate themselves.
- Where it is active: the sites using it.
- Activity: when it was bought, renewed and checked in.
- Details: its plan, the date it is valid until, and whether it renews.
When a licence needs you
- Expired: press Renew to keep receiving updates and support.
- Suspended: your site stops validating until it is resolved. Paying the renewal invoice usually restores it; if not, open a ticket and we will tell you why.
We email a reminder 30, 7 and 1 day before a licence expires.
