Creating your account

An account keeps everything you have with us in one place: your services, invoices, licences, downloads and tickets. Making one takes your email and a code.
- A six digit code by email
- The code works for 15 minutes
Sign up
- Go to Sign in and choose Sign up.
- Type your full name, your email address and a password of at least 8 characters, then press Create account.
- Type the six digit code we email you, or paste the whole code into the first box.
Once the code is in, your account is ready and your dashboard opens.
If something goes wrong
No code arrived
Look in your spam or promotions folder, then press Send another on the same page.
The address was wrong
Choose Use a different email and start again with the right one.
It still does not come
Use the contact page and we will set the account up with you.
