Signing in with a code

You can sign in without a password. We email you a six digit code, and the code signs you in.

- Works once, for 15 minutes
Sign in with a code
- Go to Sign in and choose Email me a code instead.
- Type the email address of your account and press Email me a code.
- Type the code from our email on the sign in page.
If the code runs out, ask for another from the same page.
If something goes wrong
No email arrived
Look in your spam or promotions folder, and check that the address is the one on your account. We only send a code to an account whose address is confirmed.
Send another does nothing
Wait a minute before asking again. We limit how often a code can be sent, to keep your account safe.
The code still does not come
Open a ticket from your dashboard, or use the contact page if you cannot sign in at all.
