Resetting your password

If you have forgotten your password, choose a new one with a code we email you.
- A six digit code by email
- A password of at least 8 characters
Reset it
- Go to Sign in and press Forgot your password?
- Type the email you sign in with and press Email me a code.
- Type the six digit code from our email, then your new password twice.
- Press Set new password and sign in.
The code works for 15 minutes. If it runs out, press Send another on the same page.
If something goes wrong
No email arrived
Look in your spam or promotions folder, and check the address. We only send a code to an address that has an account, and the page says the same either way, so nobody can find out who has one.
You would rather not choose a password
Skip it and sign in with a code.
