A ticket about a licence or service

When a ticket is about something you bought, open it from that thing's page. It arrives linked to it, so we see which licence or service you mean straight away.
- Open the licence from Licences, or the service from Services.
- Press Open a ticket about this.
- Describe the problem and press Send ticket.
You can also open a ticket from Tickets and choose the product it is about.
