Replies and closing a ticket

We email you when we reply, and the ticket waits for you in your dashboard.

Answer a reply

Open the ticket in your dashboard. Tickets waiting on you show as Awaiting your reply, on Tickets and on your dashboard.
Type your answer and send it.

Once the problem is solved, press Close ticket on the ticket, or Send and close with your last reply.
